Oxford Square Capital Prices $65 Million Notes Offering

09:48 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oxford Square Capital ( OXSQ ) said Friday that it priced an underwritten public offering of $65 million aggregate principal amount of 7.75% unsecured notes due 2030.

The company said the notes are set to mature on July 31, 2030, with the annual 7.75% interest to be paid quarterly, starting Oct. 31. Oxford Square Capital ( OXSQ ) granted the underwriters an option to purchase additional notes of up to $9.75 million.

Oxford Square Capital ( OXSQ ) said it expects to close the offering on Aug. 7 and plans to use the net proceeds to repay debt, make investments, and for general corporate purposes.

Shares of the company were down more than 1% in early trading Friday.

The Delhi High Court on Friday sought response from the Centre and Amazon on a plea seeking to prohibit the re-entry of Chinese fashion brand 'Shein' in India through the sale of its products on the digital marketplace.
