05:30 PM EDT, 08/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- P3 Health Partners ( PIII ) named Leif Pedersen as chief financial officer, effective Oct. 1, succeeding Atul Kavthekar.

Pedersen, 48. most recently served as vice president of finance and Shared Service CFO at UnitedHealth Group's ( UNH ) Optum Health division, P3 Health ( PIII ) said Thursday in a regulatory filing.

The company said Kavthekar will serve as a strategic adviser after Sept. 30.
