10:22 AM EST, 12/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Pacira Biosciences' ( PCRX ) shareholder DOMA Perpetual Capital Management said Wednesday it plans to nominate four independent director candidates at the company's 2025 annual stockholder meeting.

DOMA said it owns about 4.14% of Pacira and wants the company to carry out its approved $150 million share buyback plan.

Pacira did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
