12:06 PM EDT, 08/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Pagaya Technologies ( PGY ) and OneMain Financial (OMF) said Tuesday that they entered in a new partnership that will support OneMain Financial to serve more qualified customers outside its existing credit criteria.

The companies are working to expand the partnership to a broader enterprise agreement, according to the joint statement.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Shares of Pagaya ( PGY ) were up 4.1% in recent trading.
