05:51 PM EDT, 05/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Yahav Yulzari, Director, Chief Business Officer, on May 12, 2025, sold 355,716 shares in Pagaya Technologies ( PGY ) for $5,384,345. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Yulzari has control over a total of 4,228,429 Class B common shares of the company, with 4,228,429 shares held directly.
