01:51 PM EDT, 07/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Pagaya Technologies ( PGY ) said Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire Theorem Technology, a consumer credit funds manager.

The deal will unite Theorem's institutional fund management business and engineering capabilities with the Pagaya ( PGY ) network, the company said. It expects to complete the transaction in Q4.
