05:39 PM EDT, 05/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PagerDuty ( PD ) said Tuesday that it has renewed its global strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services, a unit of Amazon ( AMZN ) .

The company said the renewal allows it to leverage generative AI services from AWS within the PagerDuty Operations Cloud for the detection and remediation of operational IT issues.
