11:39 AM EST, 03/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PainReform ( PRFX ) said Wednesday it completed the acquisition of DeepSolar, an AI-driven solar analytics platform, from Israeli-based company BladeRanger.

Under the transaction, PainReform ( PRFX ) gained rights to various assets, including intellectual property, customer relations, agreements, and the "My DeepSolar" application and platform.

On closing, BladeRanger received 178,769 ordinary shares of PainReform ( PRFX ) and 223,792 pre-funded warrants to purchase 223,792 ordinary shares.

Following an increase in its share capital at a shareholders' meeting set for April 3, PainReform ( PRFX ) said it will issue remaining securities including 685,004 pre-funded milestone warrants, 1.1 million warrants-A and 1.1 million warrants-B.

Shares of PainReform ( PRFX ) were up 4% in recent trading.
