06:22 AM EDT, 06/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Paladin Energy ( PALAF ) late on Tuesday said it has appointed Paul Hemburrow as managing director and CEO, effective Sept. 1.

Hemburrow, who has served as Paladin's COO since 2023, will join the company's board, which will also be expanded with a Canadian resident director.

Current CEO Ian Purdy will remain available to assist the board and executive team until the end of his notice period in mid-December.

Global executive search specialists are searching for a new COO to replace Hemburrow. An interim COO process has been established in case a COO transition period is required.
