Palamina to Raise $2.5 Million Through a Non-Brokered Private Placement Offering of Units; Shares down 7%

12:44 PM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Palamina ( PLMNF ) on Thursday said it will raise up to $2.5 million through a non-brokered private placement of share units.

The company will issue up to 20-million units in the financing, with each priced at $0.125 and made up of a share and a two-year warrant to buy a share for $0.20.

The company said proceeds of the offering will be directed towards advancing its Galena silver copper manganese project and Usicayos gold project and general corporate and working capital purposes.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.01 to $0.13 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
