Palantir Positioned to Benefit From Federal AI Investments, Wedbush Says

11:00 AM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Palantir's ( PLTR ) Maven Smart System, used by the US Department of Defense, is now one of the primary beneficiaries of artificial intelligence investments across the Trump Administration and continues to gain momentum in the federal sector, Wedbush Securities said Sunday in a note.

Wedbush believes Palantir ( PLTR ) will get more deals government deals with its software value proposition amid a challenging geopolitical environment. Palantir ( PLTR ) is involved in many programs and contracts within the DOD, which will allow it to secure a larger share of the technology budget at the Pentagon, according to the note.

"We continue to believe that PLTR has a golden path in the AI Revolution and this designation represents another opportunity for PLTR to capitalize while continuing to generate unprecedented traction for its entire portfolio across the federal landscape", Wedbush analysts said.

The brokerage maintained an outperform rating on Palantir ( PLTR ) with a $230 price target.

Shares of the company rose more than 5% in Monday trading.
