07:36 AM EDT, 09/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Palantir Technologies ( PLTR ) and Nebraska Medicine signed a multi-year contract to enhance healthcare through Palantir's ( PLTR ) artificial intelligence platform, Palantir ( PLTR ) said Tuesday.

The partnership, which started in January, has already led to improved patient throughput, expanded claims reimbursements, and enhanced monitoring patient care, Palantir ( PLTR ) said.

Palantir's ( PLTR ) AI will continue to support Nebraska Medicine in areas such as patient flow, nurse allocation, and supply chain management, with plans to further collaborate on clinical research and patient care improvements, Palantir ( PLTR ) added.

Palantir's ( PLTR ) shares rose over 1% in recent premarket activity.
