07:57 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Palisades Goldcorp ( PLGDF ) on Thursday said shareholders approved the re-election of Gregor Gregersen and Elizabeth Harrison to its board at its meeting held on Wednesday.

Effective immediately, Philip O'Neill will serve as its chief operating officer.

Collin Kettell and Philip O'Neill were also elected to the board. The company said that former director and Chief Financial Officer Bassam Moubarak did not stand for re-election.

Shares of the company closed down 0.7% to $1.43 on Wednesday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
