Palo Alto Networks Adds $1 Billion to Share-Repurchase Authorization

05:33 PM EDT, 03/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Palo Alto Networks ( PANW ) said its board authorized an additional $1 billion for share repurchases.

Buybacks in February totaled 6.8 million shares for about $1 billion, the company said Wednesday in a regulatory filing.

The authorization is set to expire on Dec. 31.
