Palo Alto Networks Agrees to Acquire Protect AI

08:41 AM EDT, 04/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Palo Alto Networks ( PANW ) said Monday it has signed a deal to acquire Protect AI.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition, expected to close by Palo Alto's fiscal Q1, will support the Prisma AIRS AI security platform, the company said.
