05:16 PM EDT, 03/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Palomar Holdings ( PLMR ) agreed to acquire Advanced AgProtection, an Amarillo, Texas-based specialized crop managing general agent, for an undisclosed price.

The acquisition is expected to close in Q2, Palomar ( PLMR ) said Thursday in a statement.

Palomar ( PLMR ) invested in Advanced AgProtection in 2023 at the start of their partnership.
