04:22 PM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pan Global Resources ( PGZFF ) after trade Friday said it extended the deadline to complete its non-brokered private placement to Dec. 21.

All other terms remain unchanged, the company added.

The offering was announced on Oct. 6, and the first tranche was completed on Oct. 22, raising $2.32 million. The second and final tranche still requires approval from the TSX Venture Exchange, the company said.
