Pangaea Logistics Reports Succession Plan

05:31 PM EDT, 09/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pangaea Logistics Solutions ( PANL ) said late Wednesday Chief Executive Officer Mark Filanowski will retire from the company and step-down from the board, effective Jan. 1, 2026.

The firm said Chief Operating Officer Mads Petersen will succeed Filanowski as president and CEO and will also join the board.
