08:02 AM EDT, 10/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Paramount Global ( PARAA ) said Tuesday its board has approved annual bonus payments for co-chief executives George Cheeks, Chris McCarthy, and Brian Robbins, even if they exit their roles.

Each will receive an additional 100% of their base salary plus restricted share units worth $3 million, the company said in a regulatory filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The bonus applies to the period after their appointment on April 29, following Robert Bakish's departure as CEO, the company said.
