12:43 PM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Paramount Group ( PGRE ) said Thursday it executed a 16.5-year lease with Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff for 121,000-square-feet of space in Midtown Manhattan.

The 1301 Avenue of the Americas is a 45-story building with 1.8 million square feet of office space, according to a statement.

Shares were up 4.3% in recent trading.
