Paramount Resources Reports Renewal of Normal Course Issuer Bid, Declares July Dividend

08:43 AM EDT, 07/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Paramount Resources ( PRMRF ) said Tuesday that it has secured approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange to renew its normal course issuer bid for its class A common shares.

The bid, which will begin on July 8 and expire on July 7, 2025, is for up to 10% of the public float.

Paramount Resources' ( PRMRF ) board declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per common share that will be paid on July 31 to shareholders of record on July 15.
