04:48 PM EDT, 09/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Paramount Skydance ( PSKY ) appointed Makan Delrahim as chief legal officer, effective Oct. 6.

Delrahim most recently was a partner at Latham & Watkins, Paramount Skydance ( PSKY ) said Thursday in a statement. Before that, he was the US assistant attorney general at the Justice Department's antitrust division.
