04:45 PM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Paramount Skydance ( PSKY ) said late Friday it has extended the expiration dates for its cash tender offers to buy all identified notes in each series, as well as its exchange offers for any and all of the identified notes in each series issued by Discovery Global and Discovery Communications for newly issued Paramount notes.

The expiration dates for the tender offers and exchange offers have been extended to 5 p.m., New York City time, on Aug. 14, the company said.

The settlement dates for the offers will occur after the expiration date and are expected in Q3, the company added.
