Paramount's Board of Directors to Shrink to Seven Members

07:20 AM EDT, 04/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Paramount Global's ( PARAA ) board of 11 directors will only have seven members up for reelection at its annual meeting on June 4, the company said Thursday in a proxy filing.

Former Spotify executive Dawn Ostroff, former Sony Entertainment President Nicole Seligman, Redstone lawyer Rob Klieger and investment banker Frederick Terrell are not running for reelection, according to the filing. Paramount did not give further details on the reduction of seats.
