08:38 AM EDT, 07/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Colombia-focused oil and gas company Parex Resources ( PARXF ) reported a month-over-month increase in production for June.
The company produced 43,950 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boe/d) in June, rising from 42,300 boe/d in May.
Parex said the production growth was supported by positive exploration results and the successful startup of the first follow-up horizontal well at LLA-74 in the Southern Llanos.
Parex said its second-quarter average production totaled 42,550 boe/d. The company plans to release its operational and financial results on July 30.
Parex's share price increased 2.6% on Wednesday to $14.27 on the TSX.
