01:06 PM EDT, 04/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Park Aerospace ( PKE ) said Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Matthew Farabaugh plans to retire at the end of May.

The board elected Chris Goldner as vice president of finance, and he will serve as the principal financial officer after Farabaugh's retirement, the company said.

Farabaugh will continue to work with the company as a consultant following his retirement.

Goldner previously served as corporate controller and interim CFO at Spruce Power Holding ( SPRU ) , Park Aerospace ( PKE ) said.

Shares of Park Aerospace ( PKE ) fell 3.3% in recent trading Thursday.
