Park Aerospace Files $150 Million Mixed Shelf

05:30 PM EST, 01/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Park Aerospace ( PKE ) filed a registration statement late Tuesday for the sale of $150 million of common stock and warrants from time to time.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said.
