Revenue in the quarter ended Dec. 31, expressed as the sum of net interest income and other income, rose to $134.5 million from $110.6 million a year earlier.

Park National ( PRK ) said it will pay a quarterly dividend of $1.07 a share, payable March 10 to shareholders of record Feb. 14.
