09:52 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Parker-Hannifin ( PH ) said Thursday it has closed the buyout of Filtration Group.

Filtration Group will likely add about $1.80 billion to Parker-Hannifin's ( PH ) fiscal 2027 sales in the first 10.5 months of ownership, Parker-Hannifin ( PH ) said.

The buyout will likely be neutral to adjusted earnings in fiscal Q1 2027 and accretive to adjusted earnings for fiscal 2027, the company added.
