08:15 AM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Parker-Hannifin ( PH ) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings Thursday of $6.94 per diluted share, up from $6.51 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $6.72.
Sales for the quarter ended March 31 were $4.96 billion, down from $5.07 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $4.99 billion.
For fiscal 2025, the motion control technologies manufacturer tightened its adjusted EPS projection to $26.60 and $26.80, compared with the previous range of $26.40 to $27.00. The company now expects a 1% decline in sales in fiscal 2025, compared with its previous estimate of a 2% decline to a 1% rise.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect non-GAAP EPS of $26.72 on sales of $19.84 billion.
Parker-Hannifin ( PH ) shares rose 1.6% in recent premarket activity.
