Nov 10 (Reuters) - Industrial and aerospace equipment

maker Parker-Hannifin ( PH ) is in talks to buy Filtration Group

from Madison Industries in a deal valued at about $9 billion,

including debt, Bloomberg News reported on Monday, citing people

familiar with the matter.
