--Parker-Hannifin Increases Stock Buyback Program to 20 Million Shares

05:23 PM EDT, 08/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Parker-Hannifin ( PH ) said Thursday the board has approved a revision to the motion and technology company's existing share repurchase program, allowing up to a total of 20 million shares to be repurchased.

Shares were largely flat in the afterhours activity.
