08:00 AM EST, 11/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Parker-Hannifin ( PH ) said Tuesday it has agreed to buy Filtration Group on a cash-free, debt-free basis for $9.25 billion in cash.
The deal, subject to customary closing conditions, will likely be completed within six to 12 months, Parker-Hannifin ( PH ) said.
Filtration Group anticipates 2025 sales of $2 billion and employs about 7,500 people, said Parker-Hannifin ( PH ), which expects to fund the deal with new debt and cash on hand.
Parker-Hannifin ( PH ) also said it expects pre-tax cost synergies of roughly $220 million by the end of the third year following deal completion.
The deal will likely be accretive to Parker-Hannifin's ( PH ) adjusted earnings and cash flow, and achieve a high single-digit cash return on invested capital by the fifth year, it added.
