05:46 PM EDT, 07/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Parker-Hannifin ( PH ) said late Friday it has agreed to sell its North America composites and fuel containment division to SK Capital Partners.

The company said it will have divested businesses and product lines over the past three years that total nearly $450 million in annual sales with the completion of this deal.

Shares of Parker-Hannifin ( PH ) rose about 2.1% in after-hours activity.
