Parkland Renews Normal Course Issuer Bid

07:50 AM EST, 11/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Parkland (PKI.TO) on Wednesday said the Toronto Stock Exchange has accepted its notice to renew its normal course issuer bid (NCIB).

The company may buy back up to 13.8 million shares from Dec. 1 for one year.

Under its current NCIB, which terminates on Nov. 30, Parkland bought back 3.1 million shares at a weighted average purchase price of $42.67 each.
