Parsons Awarded Position on $1B Contract Supporting Washington, DC Metro Projects

09:47 AM EDT, 03/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Parsons (PSN) said Tuesday that it has been awarded a position on a multiple award task order contract by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority for multi-disciplinary project and construction management support.

The contract, which represents new work for Parsons, includes an approximately $1 billion ceiling value and a base period of five years with a one-year option period.

Under the contract, Parsons will compete for task orders to provide project management and engineering support services for the Metro's capital improvement program.
