Parsons Completes $230 Million Acquisition of BCC Engineering

04:58 PM EDT, 11/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Parsons (PSN) completed the acquisition of Miami-based BCC Engineering, a transportation engineering firm, for $230 million in cash to expand in the US Southeast.

BCC will join the North America infrastructure business unit, Parsons said Friday in a statement.
