04:39 PM EST, 12/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Parsons (PSN) said late Thursday it has appointed John Martinez as its next chief legal officer, starting Feb. 16, 2026, following the planned retirement of current chief legal officer, Mike Kolloway.

Kolloway has notified the company of his intention to retire in Q2 of 2026 and will remain with Parsons as an adviser until then to support a smooth transition, company said.

Martinez was most recently the chief legal officer and corporate secretary at Maximus ( MMS ) .
