08:41 AM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pathward Financial ( CASH ) said Wednesday its Pathward NA subsidiary has extended its partnership with Oportun Financial ( OPRT ) through 2029.

The extended agreement renewed Pathward's role to originate unsecured and secured personal loans nationwide under programs developed and operated by Oportun, the company said.

Meanwhile, Oportun will continue to handle the marketing, underwriting, fraud prevention, servicing and administration of the loans, subject to oversight from Pathward.
