10:13 AM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pathward Financial ( CASH ) said Wednesday it received a Nasdaq non-compliance notification on May 22 stating that the company failed to file its quarterly report on time for the quarter ended March 31.

The company has 60 days from the notice date to submit a plan to regain compliance, Pathward Financial ( CASH ) said.

Nasdaq may give Pathward Financial ( CASH ) up to 180 days from the original deadline to comply, it added.
