09:04 AM EST, 01/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Patria Investments ( PAX ) said Friday that Patria Infrastructure Fund III has fulfilled the requirements to proceed with the sale of Aguas Pacifico, a water desalination facility under construction in Chile, to Patria Infrastructure Fund V and different investors.

The deal, signed last month, is set to be completed during Q1, with backing from sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, and Patria Infrastructure Fund V.

Patria said the sale is consistent with its mission to address infrastructure challenges in Latin America.

Financial details were not disclosed.
