09:07 AM EST, 02/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Patrick Industries ( PATK ) said Monday that it has completed the acquisition of Elkhart Composites, a manufacturer of composite products for sidewalls and ceilings, from Thor Industries ( THO ) .

Patrick said Elkhart's products will be added to Patrick's brand portfolio of composite materials.
