05:19 PM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Patriot Battery Metals ( PMETF ) , which rose near 6% today, announced after trade Monday that it has changed its name to PMET Resources Inc., effective September 18, 2025.

The company will retain its existing trading symbols: "PMET" on the Toronto Stock Exchange and "PMT" on the Australian Securities Exchange, with all changes subject to regulatory approval.

Our new logo, a three faced crystal, is representative of a mineral, with the three faces each representing the LCT components of our pegmatites: lithium, caesium and tantalum," said President, CEO, and Managing Director Ken Brinsden, adding the logo also represents the three cultures active on-site and in the company more broadly, namely - the Cree, French and English.

Shares of Patriot were last seen up $0.20, or 5.90%, to $3.59 on the TSX.
