05:24 PM EST, 12/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pattern (PTRN) said late Thursday it has acquired NextWave, a TikTok commerce agency, to expand its reach in the social commerce market.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

The deal integrates NextWave's expertise in TikTok Shop operations, live selling, and affiliate acceleration into Pattern's e-commerce platform. NextWave brings a network of more than 1,200 managed creators and 300,000 affiliates on TikTok, Pattern said.

Shares of Pattern were up 2% in after-hours activity.
