08:30 AM EDT, 09/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pattern Group ( PTRN ) said Tuesday it has completed its initial public offering of series A common shares.

The offering consisted of about 10 million series A common shares sold by the company and an equal number of shares sold by certain selling stockholders.

Pattern did not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholders.

The company said it began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on Sept. 19.
