05:11 PM EST, 03/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Paycor HCM ( PYCR ) said Wednesday it is selling 8 million shares in an underwritten public offering on behalf of investment funds advised by Apax Partners.

Pride Feeder and AIX Pride Syndication are offering about 5.7 million shares and 2.3 million shares, respectively, according to the company.

Paycor said it would not receive any proceeds from the offering.
