02:08 PM EST, 02/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Payfare ( PYFRF ) on Friday said its shareholders voted in favour of its acquisition by an affiliate of Fiserv ( FI ) for $4.00 per share for total consideration of $201.5 million. The special meeting of shareholders was held earlier today.

The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter.

Payfare ( PYFRF ) was last seen up $0.16 to $3.96 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
