Paylocity Closes Airbase Acquisition

10:12 AM EDT, 10/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Paylocity Holding ( PCTY ) said Tuesday it has closed its acquisition of finance and spend management software firm Airbase.

The company expects the acquisition to represent about 1% of total revenue and dilute adjusted EBITDA margin by 100 basis points in fiscal 2025.
