Payoneer Global Shares Rise After Warrant Buyback Announced

02:01 PM EDT, 08/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Payoneer Global ( PAYO ) shares were up 3% in recent Monday trading after the company announced a warrant buyback.

The company is offering to repurchase all of its outstanding public warrants for $0.78 in cash each, without interest.

Payoneer is also seeking consent to amend its warrant agreement with FTAC Olympus Acquisition, such that it can redeem warrants held by the firm for $0.70 in cash, without interest.

The amendment requires consent from at least 65% of the warrant holders, the company said.

The company's buyback offer will last until the end of the day on Sept. 9, Payoneer said.
