10:59 AM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Payoneer Global ( PAYO ) said Tuesday that its offer to purchase all of its outstanding warrants for $0.78 per warrant in cash has expired, with about 95.5% of its outstanding warrants validly tendered to the offer.

The company said it expects to accept all validly tendered warrants under the offer and estimates to pay a total of $18.7 million in cash to the warrant holders. Under an amended warrant agreement, the remaining outstanding warrants will be redeemed for $0.70 per warrant on Sept. 25, Payoneer Global ( PAYO ) added.

Payoneer Global ( PAYO ) shares were down nearly 4% in recent trading.
